![]() I'm curious is anyone else runs into this? This seems to be a browser thing, because deleting browser cache before playing a classic video will prevent the 0% volume issue However, once such a video is played, others like it will play as expected If I play a MP4 w/controller video made with CS9, then subsequently play an older, classic theme video, that video will always start play with the volume set to 0% Prior to CS9, I made all my productions using the classic theme The current player is much advanced from the previous offerings, even though there is only 1 theme So, knowing your specifics would be very helpful I've made projects containing almost 2,000 hotspot callouts they've all worked correctly ![]() I've been using the release version of CS9 for quite some time on Win 10 it has been rock-solid for me I've edited/produced hundreds of projects without crashes or hangs specifically, what steps cause crashes screencast demonstrating perhaps? It would help if you could explain exactly what issues you are seeing. ![]()
